RT9059 是一款高性能的正电压输出线性稳压器，适用于最大负载电流达 3A 而输入电压又很低并且输入、输出压差也极低的应用。 它在 VDD 电压为 3V、可调输出电压最低达 0.8V 时的 VIN 输入电压最低可至 1V。由于 RT9059 拥有超低输入、输出压差的特性，非常适合使用在输出电压非常接近输入电压的应用中。它还具有使能控制引脚，关机状态下的电流消耗可达极低水平，几乎没有任何功率损耗。它在整个输入、输出和工作温度范围内都能提供卓越的电压调节性能，其 Power Good 信号输出端可在输出电压达到额定电压的 90% 以上时发出输出正常的信号。
